What is a Fraud Report?
A Fraud Report is a report containing limited information on a possible
fraud occurrence. In order for a Fraud Report notice to be sent
the incoming traffic under a specific account must be more than 10%
affected by the occurrence. Occurrences of less than 10% are
stored as Fraud Incidents and are NOT sent out to users. You can
receive an email of all Fraud Incidents for the last 7 days by clicking
the Get Status Report link from any
page.
Help with a Fraud Report::
If you have received a Fraud Report from the SafeVendor Detective and
you wish to have us look into the matter to determine if an error occurred,
please follow the directions below.
1. Email a copy of your fraud report along with a written
description of the service you purchased from the vendor and the vendors
website address to reports@safevendor.com
2. Once your information has been received you will be assigned a
case number and an estimated completion date.
3. An email will be sent to you regarding the findings of the Fraud
Report.
